You will need to check if the products are in their Products page inside the Shopify Admin. The second step is to see if the product shows it is “In Store” inside the “Current Products” page inside the app. If those two things are true, you may need to add tags to have the products show up. If those two conditions above are not met, then please attempt once more to reimport. If that does not work, please contact customer support and we can further assist.
