To order samples, you simply need to create a manual order inside your Shopify store. You can either follow the instructions below or watch the video on how to order samples.
We provide samples at the low wholesale cost described in the "Add products" section. Shipping to the USA is free for the samples, and $15 flat rate for samples outside the USA.
Step 1: Identify the products you want as samples
Step 2: Go to the "Orders" section inside your Shopify Admin
Step 3: Select the products you want as samples
Step 4: Put in the address you want the samples shipped to as if you are the customer
Step 5: Click on the button "Mark as paid"
Once this is done, we will receive the order, and you can view the order inside Blingy. Just go to Blingy > Orders to see the new order created with your samples.
Why do we charge for samples?
We want to make sure we are working with serious sellers. We believe that if a seller is serious about their business, they will not mind paying the wholesale cost to receive samples of the products. This helps us be more efficient to provide the best support and service to our merchants that need it.
With that being said, if you pay for samples and reach a sales threshold of $100 of products sold through Blingy, we will gladly refund or credit your account the amount you paid for the samples (minus shipping).
For example, if you spent $20 on samples, and $15 flat rate on shipping because it was international... and you reached $100 in sales with our products... reach out to our customer service and we can refund you those $20 you spent on samples.
